The Signature Massage movements work gently spreading the essential oils on your skin invading your sense of smell and making you feel warm and harmonize, and likewise, the softly pressure of touch gives you calmness and serenity.

Smell and choose one of the oils considering your emotional and physical needs between Calendula, Arnica, Lavender or Sea Buckthorn. The molecules of oil get to the part of the brain connected to smell and affect the limbic system which is linked to emotions, the heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, memory, stress, and hormone balance. In this way, essential oils can have a subtle, yet holistic effect on the body and mind.
